Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation
We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs as best as we can. However, please note that cancellations may result in deductions from your booking amount based on the timing of your cancellation. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- If the booking is cancelled before or above 30 days prior to the arrival date, there will be a 20% deduction from the total booking amount.
- If the booking is cancelled before 15 days prior to the arrival date, there will be a 50% deduction from the total booking amount.
- No refund will be provided if the booking is cancelled within 7 days prior to the arrival date.
- We do not accept any changes in the travel plan within 7 days of the travel date.
2. Refunds
- If you are eligible for a refund based on the cancellation policy, the refund amount will be processed within 7 days from the date of cancellation.
- Please note that the advance amount/payment made at the time of booking is non-refundable.
